Where does one begin? From the beginning…
From the moment I was born, doctors advised my parents to focus on strengthening my legs, as they were notably weak. Once I learned to walk, my grandfather gifted me a bicycle, which played a crucial role in building my leg strength. I consistently biked for nearly 20 years, almost every day. Eventually, I transitioned into running and completed my first marathon in 2021.
Life took an unexpected turn around 2020, when I had just graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I took up running as a means of confronting personal challenges. After completing the daunting 42.195 km marathon (in 4 hours and 40 minutes, I might add), I set my sights on new goals.
At the time, I weighed around 140 pounds as a runner. Given my active lifestyle, I decided to return to the gym with the goal of building strength and muscle. Through hard work and consistency, training seven days a week, I gained 30 pounds in my first year while maintaining a lean physique. Though many would call this "newbie gains," I certainly embraced it.
During this time, I relocated from New Brunswick to Halifax and started a new job in the supplement industry. After six months, I was promoted to the position of department manager for both supplements and bodycare. Armed with a new diploma and a role in my field, I was eager to help others.
Since 2021, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge through problem-solving, client testimonials, trial and error, research, and learning from industry leaders, brands, and peers. I am excited to share this valuable insight with you and assist you in achieving your goals.
